We strive to deliver the freshest and best-quality products. However, due to the nature of our items (perishable goods like coffee beans, powders, and ready-to-drink beverages), we generally do not accept returns unless:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your order was damaged during delivery.
- The product has a quality issue (expired, defective, or incorrect packaging).
2. How to Request a Return or Refund?
If you qualify for a return or refund based on the reasons above, here’s what you need to do:

3. Refund Process

4. What Items Are Not Eligible for Return/Refund?

5. Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipping: You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After Shipping: Once dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel it.
